Order capture engine · in development

Your customers order
on WhatsApp. Make
that the system.

Orders arrive as messages, and someone on your team retypes them into the ordering app by hand. Trylnn reads the message, matches it to your catalogue, and places the order. Anything it isn't sure about goes to a person.

No spam. One email when there's something to try.

The problem

You built the ordering app. Your customers still send a message.

WhatsApp · 9:42 PM10 packet chini aur 5 kilo aata bhejo

So someone on the sales team reads it, works out what “chini” maps to in the catalogue, and keys the order in by hand. Same again for the phone calls.

It costs time
Every order is a few minutes of someone's day. At peak, the team is typing instead of selling.
It costs accuracy
A misread quantity or the wrong pack size becomes a wrong delivery, a return, and a credit note.

How it works

01
The message arrives
A customer sends their order the way they always have — Hinglish, short forms, typos, a correction two lines later. Nothing for them to learn.
02
The order is read
The engine pulls out each item and each quantity, including the ones written in half a word.
03
Matched to your catalogue
Informal names are mapped to the SKUs you actually stock, at the pack sizes you actually sell.
04
Placed and confirmed
The order goes into your system and the customer gets a confirmation back. Anything the engine is unsure about goes to a person first.

The review step

The system never silently guesses.

Some messages are clear. Some aren't — a product name that could be two SKUs, a quantity without a unit, an item you don't stock. When the engine isn't confident, it doesn't pick the most likely answer and move on. It marks the order for review and a person approves it.

A wrong order costs more than a slow one. The review queue is what makes this safe to put in front of real customers on day one.

Confident

Order placed, confirmation sent back to the customer.

Unsure

Held for a person, with the original message and what it read.
